Google it and you'll find all over the web, that one way to get rid of dandruff, is to fast on fruits for 3 days ( and do a bunch of other nutritional changes thereafter...).

I am at the end of my first day, and i am not kidding you, my scalp feels much better by eating fruit for 3 meals.. i am hungry like fuc* though, and I am thin.

Now I am afraid that this might have an adverse impact on my hair, so I am not going to try it for more than 2-3 days max...

but what I know is that dandruff/sebum and hair fall correlate almost 90%.. the big sheds happen when i have dandruff and oily scalp, and whem my scalp feels like crap..

just wondering if there are any thoughts, i am sure several tried this before.
I am trying to attack hairloss by getting a healthier scalp..

I 100% agree with the dandruff/sebum/male pattern baldness link :)

I think you're spot on. However, I can't speak for the effectiveness of fruit. Bear in mind dandruff is usually fungal, and IMO it's often due to candida overgrowth in the intestines.

Interesting that this is working for you though. It might be the low fat coupled with how easy to break down fruit is. I have heard low fat fruit diets lead to less candida (or complete dying off of Candida).
