After ignoring and denying my hairloss situation for several years I have finally decided to take some action to try and halt it and hopefully reverse it to some extent.
I have been doing lots of reading over the last few days and will soon be starting on finasteride, Regaine, Miconazole Nitrate and Nizoral.
I was wondering if somebody could summarise the general advice on general hair care as up until now it is not something I have ever given any thought to, just washing it regularly and towel drying it.
Also what other lifestyle changes are there that I can make easily and with relatively low cost that might help the general health of my hair.
I already take a standard multivitamin tablet and will be making a conscious effort to eat more eggs and fish as this is something I have read can help but are there any other things I can easily increase in my diet.
Hope this post makes sense.
