Why in the hell does my stomach feel weird after I swallow such a small 1/4 of a tab. Not an upset stomach feeling, but like upper esophagus. Like a knot and burp some. It can’t be lodged, damn thing is so small. Why in the world do I get this feeling. I take with food. So weird
