Generic Fincar/Finpecia in Canada?

Heads up for evopharmacy, I got some finpecia from there along with some weight loss products they have very good pricing on.
Why don't many pharmacies ship to canada and australia btw? I got stuff all the time from elite without trouble plus made two orders from evo and yet other sites keep telling me the country is too difficult to ship to succesfully. How do these sites that ship goods do so? Do they declare the contents as drugs or else have mention to their sites on the packaging perhaps?
