G Guest Guest Jul 26, 2007 #2 Fincar and Finpecia are the same thing (generic finasteride). I bought my finasteride from http://www.medstore.biz/prescriptions/f ... /?fid=5144 and when they have not finpecia on stock they send Fincar. Same results as Propecia but much cheaper
