get a life

1 informal
start living a fuller existence

Of course I still do things to enjoy life (for example movies, travel, and music are interests of mine) but it's not possible for bald
people to simply start re-living the same lives we had when we had big hair. Bald people can't force other people to interact with
them the same way they did when we had more hair.

It's not as if all we have to do is go out and behave like we used to behave and then other
people (women for example) will respond to us the same way they did when we had more hair. It not going to happen.
We have to be realistic about this.

It becomes easier, we all had denial and after that became anger which is a stage some yall are still in. The third stage in the Kubler-Ross model is bargaining where we seek out 'cures' and try to rectify the situation. The fourth is depression when we realise that the meds don't work or there are side effects. Thankfully the last stage is acceptance, once we can accept who we are in the mirror and smile then we can live a good and fruitful life, hair isn't everything, you can get into bodybuilding and get a tan, and most men will have some form of hair loss by middle ages anyway, lets all be positive guys,

:D

Unfortunately, everyone's mind works totally independent of some stated "dealing with hair loss guidelines."

Is there not a third stage where the meds do work and you become a more confident and happy person?
