that is going a bit too far IMO. being bald means children are afraid of you but having a disfigured face would make them burst into tears. and being bald means you can still get fat girls, having a disfigured face would stop you even getting fatties

Right now my situation is fine but it's a no brainer if between losing 2 inches of dick or stuck with a crap head of hair, at least for me. Never compromise on face though, it's our most personal feature and the key point of attraction.
