Getting used to sides..

Have been browsing this forum for past few months, and finally summoned some courage to write something about myself. My hairloss story is very much the same as others, except I got few unpleasant sides from finasteride..

I started losing my hair since 2003 when I hit 18, male pattern baldness was diagnosed by two dermatologists, and they recommended me to take propecia.Back then, I obviously didn't know about 'finastrade'..

Blind trust in doctors.. should never have done that.

In the beginning, finasteride worked okay, though it didn't halt my hairloss completely. It gave me mild sides, like reduction in sperm volume, and watery semen, but I still had very high sex drive. In 2004, I quit propecia..As a matter of fact, 5% minoxidil and finasteride didn't meet my expectation, all sides vanished within few weeks.

June, 2010, seeing my shi*ty hair condition I was totally devastated, and decided to embark on second treatment..Through some online communities, I learned few topical products like revivogen, topical spironolactone, 10~15% minoxidil..etc.
Revivogen, topical spironolactone worked great, that almost stopped my shedding after 6months usage.I was so happy..that was first time I halt my hairloss.

Nevertheless, I still had hell of a lots of diffused thinning hairs on vertex and temple zones..and in hope to thicken them.. I made a huge mistake.

Jan, 2011, I took finastrade again..(I regret abt it over and over)

After 3 months on finasteride, I got impotence, ED, watery semen, reduction in semen vol, huge fatigue, insomnia, problem with penile sensation..literally fu*ed..
I again quit finasteride, but this time..few things didnt go back to normal.
Met few doctors for detail diagnosis, but those arrogant pricks never listened what I told them..they always claimed 'propecia' is safe drug and chances of getting PFS is like 1/10000 and I'll recover within few days..(Now I think, I shouldn't have mentioned I took finasteride)

So far,,few things got better. I no longer suffer insomnia, fatigue..and semen vol is fine. But, I'm still suffering ED, impotence, strange penile sensation, and no morning erection. In fact, I don't think it caused by tension, stress..it's been almost 3 months and still no sign of recovery.

I drew some blood for analysis last week, hoping I can find a clue on what's going on..

It would have been a lot easier to look at blood work, if they could use the same units all over the world. Post the ranges as well, if you have them.

Your SHBG level is very high, which supports estrogen dominance.
