There seems to be a lot of talk about at the moment about glyconutrients. Which are these supposed 8 essential sugars;
xylose
fucose
galactose
glucose
mannose
N-acetylglucosamine
N-acetylgalactosamine
N-acetylneuraminic acid (a sialic acid)
Apparently they are required by every cell in the body to maintain proper function and thus good health.
Has anybody got any experience using these or any useful info?

Sounds interesting - Any thoughts guys?
