GNC Isomer E

Well, dl-a synthetic is worthless at best and perhaps interferes with gamma-tocopheral which might be the lurking variable preventing E supplement from producing any of the benefits observed from vegatables. So any comparison to synthetic vitamin E is dividing by zero.

They still don't give the breakdown of isomers etc. so it's just "natural" vitamin E that is not really what you would get from eating vegatables unless they are willing to provide an analysis of constituents. I'd love to finally see someone give a breakdown of what is in their vitamin E at a decent price and have it not be a whole bunch of d-a and dl-a with trace quantities of gamma et al.

Both the life extension foundation brand and advanced orthomolecular research brand have a breakdown on the label of the amount of specific tocopherols and tocotrienols.
You can buy them both at http://www.iherb.com.

Hey, Harry, thanks bro! I took a quick look and didn't find the brands you mentioned but already found another from that site that had good prices. Tomorrow I'm going to check that place out a bit after breakfast :)

It is purported to be a great anti-oxidant and I have been using it for about a year. I have no good news to report, I am still in stinkingly good health.

No impact on hairloss if that was behind your question.
