Go down the norwood scale beyond norwood 3

Is it Possible to go down the norwood scale if i'm norwood 4?. I don't think it's Possible to go down the norwood scale if i'm beyond norwood 3 without hair transplant. but sometimes i overthink. I started taking finasteride when i was at norwood 3. but progressed to norwood 4 two weeks after i started taking finasteride.
