I am thinking of having hair transplant from Turkey (https:/) in April

Should i go on Propecia and other hair growth medicines now or wait after till surgery ?

I would start Propecia now and hold off for the transplant and see how well you do on the medication.

I would not start using Minoxidil before a transplant, you want them selecting the best grafts. Be sure to pick a good doctor, you don't have much leeway if they screw up the procedure.

listen to doctorhouse man . start propecia now . and add minoxidil.
Personnaly if i were you i would have tried minoxidil and propecia for at least 1 year before doing a transplant.
then do the transplant if you are not satisfied with the result

If you have a transplant all those weak c*** hairs on your head will go ninth permanent shock loss.


Essentially the transplant will be pointless.

You are not a good candidate for a hair transplant unfortunately. It will be very expensive to get a remotely decent result.



I wouldn't expect much except having a few thousand grafts dense packed at the hairline. Will need accept having a bald crown and mid
