Imagine going out with your friends and EVERYONE at the event has no hairloss. Norwood 2 at worst. And here I am at Norwood 2.5 and hair looks like sh*t. Everyone (ages 28-33) looks still young and you look like an old man in comparison. Like you don't belong.

Especially if you're used to having always looked young for your age, like myself. It's like your identity is changed or something. I hated looking young as a kid - specifically being short - but it was OK once I got older & still looked young, but not that young. And was short, but 5'8", so not that short. Trouble is, when you're short, looking youthful is so much more important because you cant exactly pull off the thugmaxx look (nor would I really want to tbh).

I remember hearing someone say; "I don't care if it looks OK, I just don't see myself as the bald guy". I didnt get that at the time, but understand fully now.

Right, I'm in that age category as well, slightly younger actually, but, all in all, those should be your peak years as a man. I find baldness to be vastly overstated to be fair. Sure a true nw1 is relatively rare, but so is a nw3+. Most men are between nw1.5/2.5 with decent thickness

Of course, the aesthetic of say a nw2/2.5 depends a lot on the placement of your native hairline and the overall quality of your remaining hair. A thick NW2.5 on a low hairline is not really a looksmin at that age. But, in my case for example, my native hairline is about 6 cm from my eyebrows, which is slightly on the longer side. Without recession it's perfectly balanced and actually a touch shorter than my middle and lower thirds, but even with 1cm recession ( nw1 to nw2 ) my looks take a considerable hit. It's mad actually, when you see the difference of a measly cm. Over the last 3 years of treatment, my hair regrew to a nw1/1.25, and that shaved 5 years of my age and added almost a full point to my looks. It's all about proportions

yeah especially when everybody knows youre bald under the hat anyway...
and in case they dont know, i guarantee you women assume it... what do you think why the “cool” people always expose their hair(line) when they are wearing a hat...

That is retarded take, it's better to invest in hair system which will not get ripped off in a second in any social setting. Also, there is no place prohibiting hair systems, while hats are inappropirate in certain places, for example in Poland you just can't eat with people at the table with your hat on

All my friends are maximum NW2 apart from 1 dude who is NW3.
Im NW6 lightbulb.
You know how good looking women have ugly/fat friends so they can glow when going out?
My friends are blessed to have an ugly smeagol like me to make them shine.

Almost have money for my forearm tat (fortunately I love them)
And I go at least 4 days a week to gym.

When bald, better to have a short horse-shoe, average height, straight-up build, no facial hair.

May not get much woman attention, but very limited ridicule either.
