I know exactly how you feel.. but i think that you need to stop looking at your hair from day to day and make an attempt to look at it once a month. your hair is going to look shitty some days and better on other days. but with your regimen i would bet that you are maintaining.... just take a pic now and then take one in a few months.

I bet you will find that you are at least maintaining.

Foods rich in phytoestrogens, a natural estrogen:

* Rye.
* Clover.
* Fennel.
* Chickpeas (garbanzo beans).

I don't know dude, you're taking oral spironolactone and dutasteride already. I don't believe you aren't at the very least maintaining. Take pictures and compare every month or two.

Just in case anyone is wondering, taking oral spironolactone is an insane treatment and should not even be remotely considered unless you want horrible side effects and chose to not have children or a sex life.

I think he's not taking oral spironolactone. He stopped it in the beginning.

Cassin is right! I'm taking oral spironolactone 50 mg since mid-April. That dose is minimal (i should take 100 mg at least). I'm not with gyno and my sex drive is almost the same before taking it. But i lost strenght, i'm with sleepy mood like having low blood pressure.

But if the priority is hair then i think oral spironolactone is a great add.

There are other ways you can effectively castrate yourself (i.e., Androcur would do it), but this stuff puts strain on the liver.

If my current regimen doesn't work, I'm going to go the depo provera/tamoxifen route I think this is preferable to being a bald and horny little wanker :lol:

I think it's better be bald and horny little wanker (or bald and have good sex with your GF/wife) than being NW0 and lose any ability to have sex. I really think that antonio will regret doing this in the future.
