Just because... man it's so hard to know exactly what's upsetting it, even though I am very confident my liver is my issue. Is it leaky gut, bacteria, parasites, candida, fat, metals, general "fatigue"? I just don't know for sure, and although I will gradually tackle these things, I guess I'm tired of my hair making me feel like a clock is ticking...
So, I'm going to try unbelievably intense strengthening of my liver!! And see if that at least provides a quick fix. Now that I know there are no flukes in it and I am working to strengthen my gut wall (and taking colloidal silver which will hopefully kill any bacteria that may be knocking around), and also that parasite cleansing revealed no huge tapeworms or anything really bad like that, I know there just can't be anything THAT serious going on in there, you know? Or if there is I'm working on it.
So, I have purchased some standardised milk thistle online (100mg of sylibin per capsule, so I'll take 4 a day), Liv.52 (I'll probably go on a slightly elevated dose) and NAC (I'll go on a good dose but not excessively high as I heard it can be harmful in too high amounts).
From what I've heard those three (the purpose of the last one - n-acetyl-cysteine - of course being to raise glutathione in my liver) are THE best liver supplements one can take, and by combining them I should really get some impact.
I am also taking things like ACV and choline with the intention of gradually cleansing out liver fat (and have also done two liver flushes), but so far no results and I feel like I can't possibly rely on them. Anyway, that's all, I'll let you know how I get on
