is it a good idea to take these vitamins daily ? i think that they'll end up in the urine and wont do much help..

MSM 1500mg

yeah sure minoxidil and finasteride come 1st man
im thinking maybe that is how my regime gonna be (minoxidil, finasteride, nizoral and all these vitamins plus hairmax laser comb) then we'll see... wat do u think ?
