I posted in the FUE sub-forum but doesn't appear to be much activity. I am a little over three months with significant growth. However, my concern is I don't see new hairs sprouting (stubble) outside of the new transplanted hairs that have already grown in. The clinic told me it takes up to a year with significant growth at between the 4 and 6 month stage but shouldn't I see new hair poking through? Does it happen in stages? Am I being inpatient (which I tend to be)? They told me I wouldn't see any growth until 3 months but there is definitely a lot of growth prior to 3 months.
The clinic gave me their stock answers regarding timeline of percentage of growth etc. I don't know if they tell you a longer time frame because the hair gets thicker and longer and appears to provide more density? I would like a little more growth of new hairs and I would be extremely happy. Like I said, I just don't see new stubble in addition to what has come in already.
