Got some Piroctone Olamine shampoo - how often?

I bought the Body shop's Ginger shampoo but it doesn't say how often to use it. Any ideas?

I notice it has Sodium Laureth sulfate in as well - that's not too good for the hair is it?

quantum SLS is in every shampoo nearly. Its fine for hair dont worry. You can use shampoo like that ereryday, hence why it doesnt specify. So use away!
