Sounds kind of far fetched to me. What about really young guys that go bald verses really old guys with Norwood 0? I dont buy it he may as well say diet and exercise cause male pattern baldness

We need to send a small child with the baldness genes into space and see if he develops male pattern baldness by the age of 60. It will also help us to answer the age old question: If a small child is sent into space for a lifetime for the purposes of a scientific experiment, will he become resentful of earthlings?

Gravity ? Are you kidding? Everybody feel gravity ,why me ? Experts keep finding so-called reason but never together with a solution. I'm tired.

Here's the future. People with male pattern baldness will live on a space stations. Others will live on Earth. Everyone will read the Daily Mail.

Hopefully this guys research has a little more meat to it then him simply stating his arguably not that important opinion on it. What real research and studies support his view? Without that his guess is slightly better then mine.

'expert' claims. What is it about hairloss unlike any other condition that attracts quack lunatics?

While highly skeptical about this theory, the points made about DHT make me wonder if they might be on to something. Can anyone refute that?

40% of hair loss sufferers are women. Shouldn't that be common knowledge in here by now?

Man, you're just full of b-u-l-l-s-h-i-t today, aren't you??

Look around a effin room and how may women are losing their hair??? Whoever came up with that BS number is out to lunch...go walk downtown in London or New York or Prague or Vienna....YOU DON'T SEE WOMEN LOSING THEIR HAIR ANYWHERE'S NEAR THAT RATE....Just about every second guy on the street is losing his hair...

Straight from the American hair loss association: http://www.americanhairloss.org/women_hair_loss/introduction.asp

"Mistakenly thought to be a strictly male disease, women actually make up forty percent of American hair loss sufferers"

Don't try to play smart with me. Why don't you see women visibly losing their hair? Simple, because no degree of hair loss is acceptable for women, they will not go out in public with noticeable thinning. Wigs, dermmatch, creative hairstyle to conceal thinning, you name it. That's why you don't see it.

It just upsets me every time I read: "Women don't go bald". Women do go bald, almost just as much as men.

This is actually true! I even know a few women suffering from male pattern baldness, and they wear either a wig or style the hair to conceal the hair loss. There are lots of them out there.
