"Mistakenly thought to be a strictly male disease, women actually make up forty percent of American hair loss sufferers"
Don't try to play smart with me. Why don't you see women visibly losing their hair? Simple, because no degree of hair loss is acceptable for women, they will not go out in public with noticeable thinning. Wigs, dermmatch, creative hairstyle to conceal thinning, you name it. That's why you don't see it.
It just upsets me every time I read: "Women don't go bald". Women do go bald, almost just as much as men.
