hi guys I'm a long time lurker but a new poster, I had a hair transplant in the uk not far from where I live at one of the best surgeons in the uk on my receding hairline, the transplanted area looks great but now I am suffering from shock loss or telogen effluvium on other areas, any help or input on this would be helpful, I have been in dutasteride for 3 years and had only normal shedding before my surgery. I've attached pics of my new hairline and the thinning from shock loss

Shock loss may happen where hair was transplanted or donated from. Other areas of the scalp, it is difficult. More probably Telogen Effluvium from stress.
