Green Tea Topical

I was wondering how I can make a topical out of green tea extract and a cream. I want to use Dr. Lee's 5% spironolactone and put some pills in it. What concentration of green tea extract do I want in the cream and how many pills would that equate to?

You also need to determine whether or not the green tea powder is soluble in the cream. If the powder is not dissolved into it, then the cream will not carry it through the skin barrier and into the places it needs to go.

This isn't necessarily a show stopper, but you might need to consider several carrier substances to find one that green tea powder might dissolve in.
