I've heard this one of the easiest and best natural DHT blocker. What are your opinions? I'm planning to drink 3 mugs a day, see if that slows down the age I go bald =D

Orally, it increases DHT and SHGB in rats; it's unclear how that will affect hair growth if it will do so at all. There may be other effects we don't know about. Topically, EGCG (one of green tea's catechins) grows hair in vivo and in vitro.

I think it's safe to say that three cups won't stop aggressive hair loss. Otherwise there would be no bald Asians.
