GYno is not localized over the entire chest area, it is specific to the nipple in lean individuals. Also, a sign that you are getting gyno is itchy nipples. I probably should not have mentioned this since now you will be itching your nipples all the time, but I have included an address to where real gyno can be seen.

Notice in the top pics how the nipples are more pointy, this is the gyno most people will "get". Of course, some people grow man-boobs over a long period of time and are genetically predisposed to it. These really do look like titties.

Hi

I have some friends who use steroids. And let me tell you, You will know for sure if you´re getting gyno. It´s itching like hell. And also its just in the nipples, not all over the chest. You cant miss it. Its problably all in your head. In my oppinion its just fat.

i thought it was just fat so i joined a gym and lost a lot of weight, i am pretty skinny now and the only "fat" on my body ig under my pecs, my nipples do not itch and are not inflamed, if i had a hormone test at my doctors would that tell him if im getting gyno???
Thanks for your post! :)

what is your %bodyfat? If you have your bodyfat down to at least 15%, and you are lean everywhere else except for your chest, then you probably have a very common case of gynecomastia. Dont feel bad, I have it too. Mine almost completely goes away once I get my bodyfat down, but the chest fat is the LAST to go! Gyne can be either glandular or fat. If your nipples are puffy, then its glandular and no amount of exercise will help, you need a plastic surgeon. Fat gyne can be very stubborn also but if you have a mixture of fat and gland then the only thing you can do is get the bodyweight down and see what happens.

http://www.gynecomastia.org

go to pics section in forums

there are people there with very mild cases that most men wouldnt even care about.

ARE YOU SURE your nipples are puffy on propecia? you arent just imagining it? If it is propecia induced, then it will go away if you stop propecia.
