Gyno ; does it stop once off finasteride?

My guess, for what it's worth, is that after stopping treatment with finasteride, the gyno would cease to get any bigger. As your hormones rebalance themselves, the gyno might slowly fade. But if you've got a case of "hard" gyno -- that is, a large amount of tough tissue, it may require surgical removal.
