I never even heard the term Gyno until I came to these forums.. nor really knew what it entailed. Thinking back now, I remember a short stretch when I was 14 or 15 where my nipples were mega sensitive.. often times hurt and were puffed up a bit. I was on no medications at this time... I'm just curious if having Gyno during puberty is normal. This was over a decade ago as I'm 27 now.. I've never had this issue before or since, but I'm positive it was Gyno. Sometimes my nipples would hurt like hell. I never told anyone at the time and damn near forgot about it.

Wikipedia said:
Most adolescent boys, up to 70%,[6] have some breast development during puberty.[3] Newborn and adolescent males often experience temporary gynecomastia due to the influence of maternal hormones and hormonal changes during puberty, respectively.

The development of gynecomastia is usually associated with benign pubertal changes; in adolescent boys, the condition is often a source of psychological distress. However, 75% of pubertal gynecomastia cases resolve within two years of onset without treatment.[4]

Yep, perfectly normal.

yes your hormones are very ballistic during that period, until they settle. If youre still having issues now then thats a problem.
