Gyno Surgery and Anti Androgens (blah blah)

Can the mammary glands be completely removed with gyno surgery thus preventing a man from ever getting gyno again. This will allow the use of anti androgens such as bicalutamide and darolutamide without the risk of gyno. What do you guys think?

Prostate cancer patients who are taking SRONG antiandrogens with high rates of gyno, such as oral bicalutamide, combat gyno in one of two ways: 1. Taking high doses of strong AI's to lower estrogen. 2. Gyno surgery. Since even topical bicalutamide is shown to cause gyno (based off the users on this site who have tried it), I feel like the only way to combat oral bica induced gyno is surgery.

If the same people on here who tried topical bica had gyno surgery to remove their mammary glands, they could continue using topical bica without fear of gyno and get great results. How come this isn't done by the "nuclear" members on here?

No, they just remove part of it. I had to get a surgery many years ago when the combo Minoxidil/ oral spironolactone was The Thing , back in early 2000s. If the remove the whole gland, it will leave a whole on your chest under your nipples . Will look really weird.

High dose of AI, will give you side effects, even if they are not high dose. muscle tear and ligament tear is the most frequently . Ask in any forum that use it instead of growth hormone ( when they are teens to increase their heigh ) or even to roids users .

Low estrogen increases height in teens? Never knew that.

And I'm aware that high doses of AI will give you sides because I'm on a high dose of AI right now due to gyno from topical darolutamide. My joints are in pain :(

Some doctors say they remove the entire gland and leave the fat in order to mitigate the concavity. Do you know how much of the gland you had removed? Did you try spironolactone again after your surgery? Did your gyno ever come back?

epiphyseal closure is caused by high level of estrogens, that is one of the reason on why women are general less tallers than males . So you have to choices, you can use Growth hormone during the teenager years or lower the estrogen ( just a cheaper alternative ) to take longer to complete the epiphyseal closure . You can also use both things. But , in real life, AI sucks . I even do a " cylce " of aromasin , 25mg daily for 6 month. It is great , you feel vascular , more stronger, hight free T , but I got 3 muscle tears training . So, I got more tears in 6 month that in the other 28 years in the gym .

After the surgery I tried but topical spironolactone . Didn't cause me gyno .
I don't know how much they remove it , but was the only thing that worked once it is installed .

I know there are numerous before and after surgery photos of The Rock online regarding his gyno surgery. In a lot of the after ones it does look almost indented now in a number of shots.
