Prostate cancer patients who are taking SRONG antiandrogens with high rates of gyno, such as oral bicalutamide, combat gyno in one of two ways: 1. Taking high doses of strong AI's to lower estrogen. 2. Gyno surgery. Since even topical bicalutamide is shown to cause gyno (based off the users on this site who have tried it), I feel like the only way to combat oral bica induced gyno is surgery.
If the same people on here who tried topical bica had gyno surgery to remove their mammary glands, they could continue using topical bica without fear of gyno and get great results. How come this isn't done by the "nuclear" members on here?
