hello, my first post :)

I started to use propecia after I noticed(as I losed two inches of crown hair both sides, in four months) I progressively lose hair and I figured out that it was going to be much worse. my dad and grandpa are too balds and my cousin was bald at the age of 25. I am using propecia since february 1. I had a very minor gyno at my right. after first two weeks, I had itchings and soreness in both my nipples. a week after, they were gone. but now my right nipple is a little more sensitive, and there can be a little enlargement in my right though I can't be sure of that. Will it go after a while, leaving it intact or will it enlarge as long as there is tenderness? I need help :(

could getting my hormones tested say that if it is a placebo or there is a real enlargement? high estrogene and estradiol levels make your breast get bigger, yes? I have no idea.
if there is something wrong in estrogen/estradiol, what are my options to compensate it? I have read that there are aromatase inhibitors but that seems like (and taking finasteride seems like too) forcing a complex machinery(and a masterpiece of engineering human body is) to work without some gears and hoping it to find a way to work properly.

Is there any other treatment as effective as finasteride? Do I have to choose between boobs and hair? :/

as for other side effects I experienced a mild reduction in sex drive but it's more than ok, I like it.

I tried to search forum also, but these questions I ask was not clearly answered. I am sorry if this is just a repetitive post.

have a good-and hairy- day

Sadly most effective hairloss treatments other than finestride have similiar side effects to finestride when treating hairloss (spironolactone, flutimide, dutas etc).

Unfortunatelly this gyno you are getting doesn't get any better whilst on finasteride and will only get worse. Your not alone on this, check the link out below it might be helpfull to you in dealing with this side effect.
