Hair falls out when ruffled

Hi All
This is my first post here, i am 24 years of age and i am insanely worried. My hair seems to come out whenever i just ruffle my head with my hands, i don't even apply any force i just run my hands through my hair and it just comes out say about 30-60 of them, this has been happening for a past 3-4 months and since i turned 24.Also hair comes out when i shampoo it which hasn't occurred to me before at all. I went to a general physician and he gave me zinc and vitamin supplements. Finding a hair loss doctor is a very hard task in the place i live as they cost a lot to just look at your hair. Can anybody tell me what is happening or is it normal?? I hope some of the well learned members of this group help me out as i am becoming increasingly depressed about this.

Sounds excessive. See a Dermatologist and see what their opinion is.

ohh it is excessive right..damn oh god why does it happen to me now... hair transplant is out of the question for me.. what do i do!!!

OP,

Can you add your pictures specially of your temples? I think we would be able to tell you if you have Androgenetic Alopecia, for free. I know derm would simply charge and would tell you the same thing we would here for free. Also, they have no treatment for you oter than what we will present to you.
