Guys i have alopecia androgenica ima stage 2/3 now, i used my free time to surf on the net for anything and i concluded that people with low Iron in the body tend to hve hair loss, the low iron triggers hair loss of all sorts. For 2 weeks now in on iron meds 350mg a day, have any of you heard that iron helps hair regrowth ?
Please reply if you have any sugestions on my topic.

(Low iron levels can also trigger the genes that are associated with genetically-linked hair loss)

http://www.livestrong.com/article/497961-do-iron-pills-stimulate-hair-growth-in-women/ (If your body does not have enough iron, it has difficulty moving oxygen to all of the tissues and cells. Tissues and cells require oxygen for proper functioning. A 2007 study conducted by Claire Deloche and colleagues found that there may be a correlation between iron deficiency and hair loss in pre-menopauseal women. Thus, taking iron may not stimulate hair growth; but, getting enough iron may prevent hair loss caused by iron deficiency. Other signs of iron deficiency include fatigue, difficulty completing tasks at work or school, delayed cognitive and social development in children, low body temperature, swollen tongue and reduced immune functioning which increases risk of illnes)

(Acquiring low levels of Iron can lead to several diseases, which includes Iron insufficiency anemia and baldness.)

(Because the symptoms can be caused by male pattern hair loss, in terms of the hair shedding, and lifestyle in terms of the fatigue and headaches, iron deficiency often goes undiagnosed. )

These are just some of the sites i seen, and i puted part of the text beneath them.

I don't get why people keep looking at vitamins and minerals as the cure for hair loss.

We need to work with what we know, and what we know is that DHT is the root cause of male pattern baldness.

That's why we have drugs that specifically target it.

Scientists believe now that iron has a major role to play in the future hair loss cures.
Todays meds wokk to slow the proces not to stop it, or regeow it.
Iron and Zinc are the two main minerals that help our hair grow, not only that but iron help the body to make more red blood cels that help circulate more blood to he scalp area.
Think abaut it Minoxidil ( propecia rogaine) was first created for hing blood presure, not gor male pattern baldness.

male pattern baldness is complicated we know that, but if something like say low iron was a big factor we would see proof. I have yet to see someone drop propecia or skip it and keep or regrow hair with iron or supplements. I still see plenty of evidence in real life that androgens are a huge player in male pattern baldness that many guys with Norwood 0 at old age have abnormally little or no body/facial hair. I think androgens over the years almost completely cause male pattern baldness but the immune system is also huge later on.
I also think if you have little androgens your hair still gets more sensitive as you age meaning you can go bald slowly over years even with small androgen levels but most men in high norwood territory generally are very hair all over.

Pretty sure I have male pattern baldness and I can't even grow 20% of a beard at 23. Seriously I know 16 year olds who have better beard growing abilities. Also I have about 20 chest hairs so I'm not sure if there is a correlation.

Today some medical companies are looking for a cure, but to be honst today only hair transplatation is a solid cure for male pattern baldness.
In my stare 1 graft costs 1 euro. SO its not that expensive.
In the USA its a diferent story, there doctrs seem to want to earn more cash on others peoople tragedy.
