I am 19, and no one in my family got bald in their 20s or before. Experienced severe hairfall one year ago after I started lifting weights which stopped after 4 months, now I have thin hair with lots of hairfall and major thinning at the sides. What should I do? I started with topical minoxidil (minokem 5%) and follihair tablets but 20 days into it minoxidil is causing blisters and severe itching.
When I keep long hair, it looks almost fine as if no there is no problem.

Also, I have been having a lot of hair fall since like 6 months, and I don't think my hair has changed a lot.
I recently cut my hair very short (Quarantine reasons) and discovered thinning and maybe a receding hairline.
Please help.

It does indeed look like diffuse thinning. I would go to a hair restoration specialist (many have free consultations) and make sure. Sometimes when you buzz your head the lighting can fool you and expose more scalp due to straight fine hairs.

Other than that finasteride is your best bet.

@Ritchie I think that this guy is balding. He seems to have expanded galea to me. What do you think?

Hey have you seen a dermatologist? Looks like male pattern baldness to me, I would get checked and then consider the BIG3.
