Hair loss concealer newbie needing help

I'm considering buying toppik to hide my hair loss for a while hopefully until things get better on treatments. My question is could I leave the toppik in and apply a hair loss topical or do I have to wash it out?

Myself i use dermatch, first i apply the foam (Rogaine Minoxidil 5%) first, let it dry (fast) ans then apply the concealer.
