Hair loss concealer which is best for general thinning

What is seen as the best hair loss concealer? Toppik or nanogen or another? Thanks for any information.

I found Toppik didn't add as much volume and in general looked worse

I use Sevich, cheaper as well , also ecobell topical shader which you use a small dry sponge to rub the concealer on is really good too
