Hair loss during treatment with finasteride

Hello everyone, I would like your advice, I have been on finasteride for two and a half months is it natural to lose hair from all over my head? I had metastasis on the top of my head and now I see gaps even in the middle. I have experienced shedding. What do you guys think is it temporary, for getting so much worse? What is your experience with this or maybe finasteride is not working for me?

Shedding can be a good sign and to see results takes 6-12 months, what brand Finasteride are you using?
