Good evening

I was wondering if anyone could help me or give me some advice.
I have been losing my hair for about four years now, Luckily I only lose it from the hairline and not the crown.
I am 31 years old.
I have been taking TRT for around 5 years dose dependent around 75mg per week I used to take more around 200mg per week at my maximum. I was a personal trainer abroad at this time.

Hair loss Protocol

Finasteride 1mg per day since March 2018
Minoxidil Once per day from September 2020 then twice per day since February 2021
Ketoconazole 2% 3 times per week
Microneedling 1.5 mm once per week for the last three months.
Taking biotin supplements

Things I've considered taking are RU58841 Because I know it reduces scalp testosterone but I feel the cons outweigh the pros.

Recently I started using dutasteride which I got on prescription online due to me using finasteride for a few years. But it seems on this I dont have full bowel movements which is concerning.

Was thinking about using Dutasteride once per week and finasteride 6 days a week to see if this makes a difference.

I was completely fine taking finasteride and had bloodwork taken recently in May 2021. However finasteride has seemed to lose its efficiency and Im starting to lose ground hence me switching up to Dutasteride.

Minoxidil has had no benefit really to my protocol I dont think I have seen one hair of regrowth however it has increased the loss of my hair due to getting rid of the hairs in the telegen phase.

I understand the increase in testosterone is probably the main issue however I am very careful with the doses and the half life and with what I'm taking right now it is negligible.

I was wondering if anyone has any insight that could suggest something that would help.

My hairloss is not really fast but its gradually and not improving

Many thanks for reading this

Your situation is nothing new. finasteride is still working it is just your genes are winning. finasteride is no cure. Tried dutateride once or twice per week with finasteride on the rest of the days and did not notice any significant difference except my sides. You can try it and see how you do.
