Hair loss hot spot: Most bald men come from THIS country - and it might surprise you

HAIR LOSS is much more common in certain areas of the globe. Male pattern balding seems to be concentrated in some countries much more than others, due to the fact that genetics predicts the condition - and Britain is one of them.

Baldness is most common in the Czech Republic, with almost half these men going bald at 42.79 per cent.

The UK has the fifth highest count of smoothed-headed men, with 39.23 per cent of males losing their crowning glory.

Spain has the second highest number at 42.6 per cent. Germany is next with 41.2 per cent followed by France with 39.24 per cent, according to website Quora.

Unsurprisingly up next after the UK is the US, followed by Italy, Poland, Netherlands, Russia and Canada.

So it seems that Europeans are the most likely to go bald of all.

Ladies, if you can’t stand the thought of running your hands over your partner’s balding head then you should consider moving to China, where the least number of men go bald.

Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, and South Korea also have low levels of male pattern baldness.

According to a study called Psychological Effect, Pathophysiology, and Management of Androgenetic Alopecia in Menm said: “Approximately 30 per cent of white men are affected by age 30, at least 50 per cent are affected by age 50, and 80% are affected by age 70.

This is interesting but nothing new. Also even if more people are bald around you it doesn't change anyone's individual situation.

In fact if you are going bald you are better off living in a country with a large amount of baldies.

The problem with this chart is that it targets nationalities rather than ethnic groups.

Of course the US has fewer baldies than Europe, as many Americans are actually Asian/African in origin.

And Latin America has a mixture of Spanish and indigenous (also in this case Asian) genes.

I know what u mean and I had a feeling that would come up. For me though it would do little to make myself feel better but everyone is different. As far as girls are concerned it might make them more lenient or it might increase the value of having a normal head of hair. Numbers doesn't always give strength, it is what it is for me!
Ya...thats wat happens...it will increase the value of having a full head of hair

This is interesting. Also confirms my thought that Meds like me and near easterners are hair subhumans. I live in North Italy but I have a clear Med phenotype: tan easy, red beard, early bloomer (had pubes at 10 and hit balding early teen), strong facial features and curlish balding hair which resembles pubes at times.

I despise my body's genetics more than anything else in the world. Whenever I come across a young man looking like me (most times are balding Southerners which I dont' like to be around with) I cringe and think 'man do I REALLY look like this?'. Just found out one on facebook, he looks like sh*t, just like me.

Haha regarding curly hair, I noticed yesterday that my pubes are curly when grown out.

Sick donor area for privileged curly haired baldies here.

Yeah me too. Every time I think of a Spanish man I picture a man with a thick, wavy full head of hair..... until I remember Rafael Nadal.

yeah I was watching australian open in January, the dude pretty much has a combover now. Federer's also like a Norwood 3 but his density is very good

From what I have seen, I am sure Puerto Rico has very few balding men. I have never in my life seen such thick hair on people. The men have better hair than the women. But some do go bald.

Yep seems like there's a lot of baldies for our phenotype

I even confuse Jews and Italians myself lol
