My thinning is definitely most apparent at the front hairline. Will clip in extensions help that at all? Can anyone tell me about their experience with ProExtensions hair extensions? I am not looking for length, but to add some thickness to my thinning hair. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Technically clip-in extensions do little to no damage to the scalp and hair. Leaving the extensions in can irritate the scalp, and balding hair . So, be careful to not sleep with them in.
When removing the extensions be sure to carefully unclip them and gently remove them, i would recommend buying the extensions with the clips already sewn on rather

For Healthy Hair Avoid Ammonia, ammonia is often obtainable from permanent hair dyes, which are very widely used for. Ammonia can easily leave hair dehydrated and ends break up ruining your healthy hair. During the past couple of years, ammonia-free permanent and semi-permanent hair colorings transformed a way directly into current market. If you are able to, work with an ammonia-free dye to protect your hair from additional harm.
AdditionalyTake one to three two hundred and fifty-milligram capsules of borage oil, evening primrose oil, or flaxseed oil 1 to 3 times every day. All of them which have omega-3 lipidslike gamma-linolenic acid, perfect for maintaining your healthy hair moisturized.
