Hair much thinner 3 months post hair transplant.

Notice a lot of grafts starting to poke through with is great. However, ive notice that i have shed a lot of native hair the last 3 months. My hairline and frontal 1/3 is a lot thinner than it was before my hair transplant. Wondering if this is normal. Shockloss? If its shockloss will the hair i have lost come back???
