hair on neck (front and back)

I am a hairy guy (and balding too - talk about hair problem)
I have hair on my neck both behind and in front (throat area that goes all the way to my chest hair)

To look tidy I shave them, however it is annoying to have to do that every 2 days so sometimes i purposely forget about it..
I have no ideas what girls think about this or whether more generally it is unattractive to have hair there...

I heard people got rid of that easy with laser... but not sure it's worth the pain...so I am just checking: is it unattractive?

You should look into laser hair removal, it's way better than shaving that **** every few days lol!
