Please help me age 19 can finasteride fix this or what do I need? Some guys say it's hypothroidsm but I was 2 times by doctors and my blood is OK they mean pls help

A sore scalp like that could be indicative of underlying inflammation. Maybe immune system issues. Bring it up to your doctor or dermatologist. Could give you a few blood tests or inspect your scalp closely
