Shampoo can't cause an internal problem.

Use a clairifing shampoo to wash your hair that doesn't have sulfates .

I have the exact same hairloss as you describe it, its unbelievable. I lost most of my hair, you should take it serious. I unfortunately still didnt find an answer. Maybe its ignorant but I just cant believe we have normal hairloss, because I never find a fallen out hair EXCEPT while and after showering. This has to do something with the shampoo we use or the way our hair reacts to water? I dont know, didnt figure it out yet..

Clarifying shampoo is used to remove buildup and residue from other shampoos and conditioners. It's quite harsh. It has nothing to do with sulfates.

Google.how harmfull sulfates are are for your hair and scalp. They are like degresers. And will make your scalp create more sebum
