hair thinning above sideburns, suggestions?

I'm 27 and my hair has been thinning above my sideburns for about a year or two. I have not seen a specialist but have asked various hair stylists I've been too if it looked abnormal and all seemed to think it was nothing out of the ordinary. The only thing that I have really changed the last 2 years is I have been working out frequently and have been under extra stress. I just started taking Biotin a few days ago, I know if it does anything to help it will be months till I notice anything. Any suggestions of a cause of the thinning?

I have it too and many people with agressive hairloss have it.... it's male pattern baldness.

EDIT: however, do you suffer from hairloss in general?

Not besides this area, My hair is really thick everywhere else. Whenever I get a hair cut I have to get it thinned everywhere else.
