I wonder why this is not an option for people with advanced hair loss?
If you are norwood 5 you wont get a good coverage. I prefer being bald over having scattered islands of hair. Anything beyond norwood 2.5 and you will be labeled balding/bald.
So why not transplant most of your donor area to your hairline and midscalp to get norwood 2 and then fill the crown with a partial hair system? Has anyone done this? What could be the limitations?
