Hair transplant hair only thinning over time

Hey guys,
Ive been off here for a while.
Ive had 2 hair transplants over the years. And feel that they don't last and feel they are not permanent.
Ive been on oral minoxidil. Minoxidilmax topical finasteride/minoxidil mixture and oral finasteride

I'm just wondering on other peoples progress of hair transplants over 3 year?

it probably depends on yout donor, when your donor was supposed to thin it obviously wont stay at the top either
