For a dark-haired head that has receding temples and crown, what if I get hair transplant surgery - what do I expect to look like in 10 years?

I mean, looking at guys who are totally bald - the remaining hair is basically a strip around the crown from ear to ear - right? - not a lot of hair to share.

So, when the weak hair is all died off - what does it look like?
