Hair vitamin suppliment

One I started a couple of weeks ago seems to have all the stuff in it.

Perfectil for Hair,skin & nails. It has Grapeseed, Biotin, Zinc,Iron, Pantothenic Acid, Selenium, Folic Acid etc

And it was on offer in Superdrug UK

I think it was £3-4 for a month supply. May be even cheaper on the web specially if you get a few months in one go....Just works out easier to take than all the separate stuff I have been taking. Still taking MSM on top of this as well tho. Cupboards getting like a drugstore in all this effort to retain hair :hairy:

I take this vitamin called great hair and it does what it says, my hair looks thicker and fuller than ever. Just feels healthier. The key ingrediants are L-cystein, silica and biotin the rest you can find in a good multiple. The other good thing is it preety cheap, $12 a month.
