Hair4U question

I would like to know if anyone has tried this brand (Hair4U). I see it online and it comes in the 2%, 5% and 10% solution. Right now I'm using Rogaine foam 5% but I'm curious about the 10% solution offered from Hair4U.

Is anyone having success with this product?
Will 10% be that much more effective than 5% or is it overkill and not worth the extra money?
