Haircomb - FDA approval?

Does anyone know when the FDA is likely to judge whether the lasercomb is fit to be classed with Propecia and Minoxidil as an aid for hair rentention/growth?

If it gets approval could it be that it works in a similar way to minoxidil - increasing cellular activity around the hair follicule?
