Hairline Is Either Receding Or Maturing From It's Already High Start?

So my hair has always been crazy thick, however I am starting to get anxious about the hairline, I went to the GP and he kind of laughed and said I had a good head of hair, and everyone around me says that as well (friends family, Reddit etc). But I can't help feeling my hairline is creeping back, might not be anything to worry about tho.
As you can see I've always had a high widows peak and temples, just wondering if it's getting higher and getting anxious

My dad has an insland and a thinned crown too, and my mum has begun thinning at around 50. My grandad's both had a full head of hair and I'm assuming grandmothers did too, thanks for looking :).
Edit- not sure if there is any loss between now and november must be the angle and my head playing tricks on me
I'm 21 btw!

Yea that looks like receding temples. If you get on medication now you have a good chance to halt any further loss

Already spoke to me GP and he said my hair was fine
Made another appointment to discuss with him this, idk what else to do :(
Sorry for late reply. If I were you I'd try finasteride and minoxidil. Many start with minoxidil alone but it rarely is enough to halt the loss more than temporarily unless you deal with the root problem

I’d start finasteride and dermarolling + keto shampoo. If it’s just the temples then maybe consider minoxidil. LLLT wouldn’t hurt either

Granted that finasteride doesn't have the best track record at regrowing/protecting the temples (my own temples can testify to that). But minoxidil alone will almost never be enough to halt the loss, especially not if you're only 21 years old. Minoxidil is only good as a complement to finasteride.

As for LLLT, you might as well just flush your money down the toilet
