I feel you man. No wonder Kobran Spencer calls it cancer of the soul.

I know a guy that became very bitter after a divorce. He rarely associates with anyone now where such relationship doesn't result in a direct, positive effect on him monetarily or socially. He's more cynical and always has a better answer for everything. He's an older man now and I understand his pain to have caight his only true love cheating on him. Then, I stare in awe at the adolescent hair this middle age guy has and think, WTF! Hair means nothing, unless you don't have it. And if you do, I guess it's always something else in life that will put us off.
My attitude is, "f*** it", I'm going to just be happy.

There is more than one road to ruin, but baldness is like a shortcut.

it's like water. you never think about it much but if you were to run out of it things get bad really fast.
i was reading about Metal musicians and their image is all about hair. Devin Townsend was one and he had his mental breakdown right when he hit Norwood 3. he still kept his hair long even with a Norwood 6 whereas a lot of other bald metal and rock stars just got wigs.
We had a metalhead on here and his wife loved long hair on guys. Well when he hit Norwood 4 she made him get a hair transplant. He got butchered and she got a divorce. Life ruined by hair loss. he was single ever since.

It amaze me how severe this disease and many people it effects, and still so little is invested to find a cure for it.
Probably the most common, and most ancient disease, why the f*ck people so apathetic about it..

Pretty sure you’ve had that before hair started falling out. It is a blatant characteristic of someone being raised in a family that at least one member of it is miserable (usually old people or divorced). And you have accepted characteristics of that person that form this reaction now. Or, you had no father and collected father figures, from real life or movies. The result? You chose one that portrayed a man with characteristics such as ego, jealousy, misery etc.

Fear not my friend. Find a good therapist and get rid of it, you don’t have to be like this for the rest of your life. Hair or not, one’s personality can do wonders for his life quality. I wish you the best.
