First of all 20% of guys never bald but they sure age

Everyone gets folds and sagging skin but not everyone goes bald

Furthermore were far more accepting if we become folds, grey hair and stuff

I mean sure it doesnt feel it good but you dont freak out about

Hairloss on the other side is a whole other story

It has been pointed out before on other forums that when we see animals in the wild balding we associate that with disease, loss of virility, and a general decline in health. Just google “balding animals” and ask yourself if the images you see look like healthy animals.

Likely human females have that same reaction when seeing a 20 year old guy diffuse thinning. There’s just something unhealthy about how they look.

There may be a chance that this lion lost hairs due to injury after some epic fight.
He has some visible scars on his face.

Maybe he is some Legend..(I always respect distinguish personality even if they are my enemies.)

How is it associated with age when people as young as 15 have been known to start balding?
Because they are extreme anomalies.

Most men bald more and more as they age.

The odds of being bald at 60 as apposed to 30 are significantly higher.

Also hence why grey hair is associated with age.

Yes, some kids go grey - I have a 12 year old with grey hair - but she is an anomaly and not the norm.

the first lion is a Tsavo lion. They do not have manes, there are a couple breeds of lions that actualy dont have manes. In the vain of the post though, most animals that suffer fur loss are suffering from mange which is a disease either from a skin disorder or pests. The vision of hairloss is NEVER seen with health and virility except in VERY RARE circumstances (proverbial "The Rock" interjection). In the grand scheme of things hairloss is literally your body "rejecting" something. Your body does not work.... its does not function 100%, its basically a signal to society to say "this person is genetically poor". If you think about it, balding is pretty much an auto immune disorder.

That bird is likely diseased though. Birds don't routinely lose all feathers on their head like men do

Balding people were quite rare in primitive times aswell..and attractionwise were still running the system that we developed in the stoneage

I hate when people attribute hairloss to "having to accept" getting old. You cant expect average people to know all the ins and outs of any given disorder or condition. I dont know much about autistism...you only care about what affects you personally.

I just feel like it can’t be looked at as an indication of aging. Maybe immune system dysfunction and/or gene mutation, but not aging. There are many balding, young people who otherwise besides baldness, show no signs of “premature aging”. Lots of older bald guys with clear, practically wrinkle-free skin, natural muscle tone, etc. I’m talking about the ones that don’t red-pill themselves to death and give up on themselves entirely - the basement dwellers. Really, I just want to know if someone who begins to lose their hair at 15 has shortened telomeres compared to their peers.
